Terms and Conditions

All products listed on this website are subject to change without notice including pricing and availability. TACMUL Firearms is not responsible for any wrongful acts or gross negligence with any product after purchase.

Buyers are required by federal law to pass a NICS background check prior to firearm purchase. Felony conviction and misdemeanor domestic violence prohibit any firearm purchase.

Please make sure that you are legally eligible to own a firearm and are willing to fulfill all local, state and/or municipal requirements before buying a gun.

Buyers of handgun caliber ammunition must verify, with a valid government issued identification, that they are 21 years of age or older. Buyers of rifle or shotgun ammunition must be 18 years of age or older. All ammunition sales are final at time of purchase.

Please review the following terms and conditions carefully before having any firearm shipped to TACMUL Firearms:

All incoming firearms, whether from a manufacturer, distributor or another FFL dealer, must be pre- approved.

When mystery guns arrive without instructions, without a clear indication as to who the sender or intended recipient happens to be, it creates a logistical nightmare for our ATF paperwork requirements.

No firearm will be accepted that has not received our consent in advance.

Firearms not approved in advance will be refused at the door. The freight company will be instructed to return to sender.

TACMUL Firearms price is $20 per gun for all approved FFL transfers.

Please Note:

TACMUL Firearms is Not Responsible for damaged or missing items. Please contact the seller / carrier directly for all claims.

FFL (Federal Firearms License):

Provides legal authorization for a dealer to engage in the intrastate & interstate sale of modern firearms.

NICS (National Instant Criminal Background Check System):

Regulatory division of the FBI that verifies legal eligibility for firearms purchases.

“Straw- Man” Purchases:

An illegal firearm purchase where the actual buyer of the gun, being unable to pass the required federal background check or desiring not to have his or her name associated with the transaction, uses a proxy buyer who can pass the required background check to purchase the firearm for him/her. It is highly illegal and punishable by a $250,000 fine and 10 years in prison.
